 How do I order extra servers and add them to my existing account?
Solution If you wish to order another VPS, please go to our website and order them as if you were placing a new order. After you have selected the package you liked along with any other addons for it, the order system will ask if you are a new or existing customer. Please choose "Existing Customer".

You will then be prompted to login using your billing center e-mail address and password. From there, you can complete the order process. (Existing customers adding additional services will not need to have the order voice verified if they complete they're order using their existing login.)

If you wish to order addon services such as extra disk space, or IP addresses you can login to the Parallels Business Automation control panel and upgrade your subscription.
