How do I upload files in Binary mode?
Solution Clientexec is encoded with IonCube Encoder. Encoded files are binary data, but start with PHP code that produces a helpful error message if the loader is not installed.

This can confuse some "smart" file transfer software.
Be sure to use binary mode with FTP, and with WinZIP, to disable the "TAR file smart CR/LF conversion option" found on the "options|configuration|miscellaneous" menu.

Another option is to upload the tarball and then run:

tar -xvzf clientexec_1.1.1.tar.gz

This will unpack all the files into the current directory.

*PLEASE NOTE* We do not provide installation or general support for ClientExec. Like you, we are only users of the software ourselves. To obtain support regarding ClientExec, you can either purchase a support plan with the developers directly (http://www.clientexec.com) or visit the free user-to-user support forum at http://www.ce-talk.com.
