Solution 1. In the Address Bar of Internet Explorer type: ftp://ftp.yourdomain.com

2. Simply replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain name. Make sure you do not use 'http://'. ftp:// takes the place of http://. Alternatively you can use the IP Address of your server.

3. When you hit Enter a username and password box will appear. In the user name box, enter your FTP account username. In the password box, enter your FTP account password. You should be logged in after that.

4. To download a file or folder, right-click on the file or folder, and then click Copy to Folder and choose a location on your local computer.

5. To upload a file or folder, drag and drop the file / folder from File Explorer

6. To rename or delete files in an FTP folder, or to upload items to an FTP site, right-click the file, and then click Rename, Copy, or Paste similar to when you use either Windows Explorer or My Computer.
